Dear Donna,

I am writing to you from Wales.  I am on holiday with my family.  We are visiting my grandparents in a lovely village called St John’s.  We come here every year.
Sometimes it rains in March but this time the weather is beautiful and the sun is shining.
St John’s is a very quiet place and it is nice to go for walks on the beach or have picnics in the countryside.
This week we are very busy, because there is a special celebration on Saturday.  The village is having a street party.  Everyone is working very hard to decorate the streets and to build a stage for dancing and playing music.  All the women are cooking delicious food and making cakes.  I am having a really good time.
See you soon.

                                                              Love,
                                                              Sandra
